Another terrible night's sleep compounded by really sore back, with no obvious cause that brufen did not relieve. I did not swim and didn't get going till after 9.

Couple of hours with a spreadsheet, salaries and budgets was followed by lunch and then to the Lyceum for drama. 

There was a lot of sitting around and it was very noisy but being the last session this term some of us went to the pub after. I stayed for food before bussing up to the Pleasance and Choir. I didn't sing well, too tired.
