Green Man #2

Here is our second green man, who came from Derbyshire.
This character wears a most enigmatic expression. There is a a broad smile - almost lascivious?.....plus an apparent wink ....but possibly also a squint , with a hint of a more major right eye problem.

Any suggestions or explanations please?
