Winter Skies

The howling winds and Met weather warning postponed my trip to Glasgow today. I can go later in the week when the weather is less wild.

I'm in a complete Christmas frenzie this year. My son has 4 years of Christmas to make up for and he wants Yuri to have full exposure. I'm feeling the strain. Today I made a Christmas cake, late, I know. I've never made one before. I'm buying all sorts that I don't normally, and planning every sauce, gravy, accompaniment possible for this poor bird (turkey, not Yuri). I just need to stop and calm down.

Hopefully I can do that soon.
