This view of Glastonbury Tor from the Park Run course sums up the day: like most of the UK heavy ran and gale force winds didn’t stop all day, though it didn’t stop 60 or so mad souls (including us) from battling round the course.

Rest of the day spent watching sport on TV and cooking a beef massaman curry, while Yeovil were managing to get both centre backs sent off and losing 4 0 away at league leaders York.

Thanks for the concern for my Brother in Law yesterday. Scan revealed no damage to his neck or spine thankfully but suggests he has had a minor stroke so he’s being kept in for observation again tonight but in good spirits.
