Sparkle

I woke to frost on the windows and snow on the ground. But we were too busy all day to go crunching through it. 

There is a group supporting refugees in this part of the Vercors where families welcome someone into their home for three weeks. Today was swap day, so we took the Angolan refugee who has been staying with my hosts to his new lodgings. I would have thought that sort of nomadic existence would be unsettling but he seemed to be fine about it. Googlemaps was  completely useless at getting us to the right address, but my mapy.cz app was perfect. It has contours and walking routes too, if anyone's interested.

Next, a very long rehearsal in the church where we'll be doing the concert tomorrow. It was tiring but great to rehearse with the orchestra and soloists. We sound good!
