What a difference a day makes

Luckily we have seen the back of Bert and the bonus is a half decent day with plenty of sun. Far too wet for any gardening activities but a walk was on the cards, as the riverside path dries out quickly probably because of the amount of sandy deposits left after the various floods over time. I was amazed to see so many leaves on the trees after the 70 m.p.h. gusts recorded at the weekend.
