Birthday Party

Our eldest daughter celebrated her 40th birthday today, how did that ever happen. To add to the feeling of getting old the local council sent me this week my bus pass a month early!

The family gathered at my sister-in-laws who was kind enough to deal with all of the hosting. I’m glad to say the latest addition to the family graced us with some non-sleep time.

This is the only non-gathering shot I took. This Nupe door from Nigeria is one of 3 that can back with the family to the UK in the 1970s. We have one and my brother-in-law has the other.
