A Healthy Start to the Day

In the aftermath of last nights floods many roads were either closed or being cleared of debris.  We were due to visit Congleton but decided it was prudent to cancel.  
This gave me & Mrs MD the opportunity to have a nice long and leisurely  breakfast.  I started with a lovely glass of freshley squeezed orange juice - but I did follow it with a ''Full English+' which was maybe not quite as heathly - but very, very enjoyable :-)
