The book I took with me for hospital company - keep some of the boredom at bay. It is lovely wee nature illustrations with a short blurb.

Difficult to concentrate, so this is ideal for taking a random page & describe the bird, butterfly, fungi, beastie & flowers. And read the short details of each.

MANAGED A SHOWER!!!


It has been a while! Been washing at the sink for last few months & using the shower head very briefly for hair with window open, extractor fan & door open.

On off on off shower on a seat. A bit breathless after but to be expected with lack of ventilation from steam / damp & lungs are not back to 100%.


Dr On Rounds seemed happy with progress.


Nice & sunny today outside, shame there is no trees to look at from the window.
