Cacti again

I know I blipped a couple of flowers from it the other day but it's looking really nice now and I hadn't anything for today.

Woke up to it snowing and a pretty big snow covering so went back to bed for an extra hour. When I got up again it was sleeting.
I had a package coming from Amazon so I looked at the app to see when it was due and it said 9.45 to 10.45 and he was 1 stop away, the map showed he was just up the road, then I remembered the gate was locked so I grabbed a coat and went out and unlocked the gate coming back with wet slippers . I awaited his arrival, half an hour went by with no Amazon, I checked and he was still 1 stop away but had moved on the map, it was the same each time I checked. He did arrive 4 hours later.

The sleet turned to rain and by lunchtime the snow had all gone but it was still heavy rain all day, so all in all we did very little today, in fact it was a really lazy day, reading, pottering and we watched the Peter Kay programme that I recorded from channel 5 on Friday Night, He is so funny although I have seen most of the sketches many times before I still can't stop laughing.

Rain is forecast for Sunday again, but at least it's a bit milder, although it seems like it will be back to frost next week.

Hope your Saturday hasn't been too disrupted by Bert, I know there has been some really bad snowfalls and flooding..
