Focus

Yesterday I mentioned my Friday afternoon zoom session. Molly, who hosts it, asked if there was anything any of us would like to discuss. Some of the group wanted help with their editing of the sky, stuff like that.

Me, I said I’d quite like to learn how to do focus stacking :-)

So after a quick explanation, Molly offered to spend some time with me this afternoon round at her house.
I took my proper camera, tripod, laptop and off I trudged through the snow…. (poetic licence, the snow had disappeared by about 11am)

Tada - I can now focus stack. So - this was only 4 images, but it was a start.

Inspired, I should add, by C1aire and her 71 image stack a few days ago.
