Saturday: Afternoon Treat …

… Hot Chocolate and shortbread biscuits :-))

Storm Bert arrived before dawn, lots of rain lashing against the windows and very windy all day, but very mild at 13°C.

My “rainy day job” was to spring clean one of my email accounts. I used to have six email accounts, which were all for different aspects of the assorted jobs I did … I’m now down to 4! The one needing the attention had almost a thousand messages going back to the beginning of this year: family history and messages from DNA cousins, bank accounts and investments, professional membership and publications, all the heavy stuff!! Now down to less than 100.

This afternoon I watched “Hetty Wainthrop” and “Shetland” on the Roku and made cheese pie in the Actifry for tea, neither of us fancied a curry …
