Storm Bert seems to have let Hartlepool off lightly, so far. A bit of snow to wake up to this morning, then some wind and rain, and enough of a break from it all to get down to the beach before dark, along with a few others. Stay safe if you're more severely affected, Blippers, especially where flooding is threatened.
