Definitely a Jigsaw Day

A truly horrible day today with strong winds and heavy rain. I went in to town first thing for a paper and loaf, but came back without the newspaper as a problem on the A14 meant several titles had yet to arrive in Holt even after 10 am. The little newsagents will put one aside for me to collect tomorrow. I made some thick winter soup, suiting the weather. This afternoon as well as the jigsaw, I enjoyed watching one of my favourite old films on BBC2 - A Matter of Life and Death by Powell and Pressburger. Btw, you might want a little peak at Santa’s latest fashion in my Extra :)
