roiling saturday sea..

Super-windy today and later super-rainy too. No snow though. I went to the butcher to get the lovely fresh chicken he sells, and that was my only outing. All the way I could feel the wind pushing and pulling the car. When I got out, it was the sounds that struck me: everything clanking and creaking and groaning.
I am absolutely delighted to be having an event-free day at home. Have painted an advent calendar, watched a lot of Davis Cup on TV and - oh, that's all. Stay home and cosy, if that's your thing, and have a lovely weekend whatever you are doing.
