Injury

Got up early and took a frosty drive to Donna Nook - so close to me that the car didn't even have time to warm up.

My 300mm lens wouldn't focus, try as I might it just gave me blurry pics in full manual mode.  I ended up cheating and grabbing some shots in full auto!!  It's my second visit this year and both times I've had issues with the camera.  I was determined to get at least one decent shot today.  I am going to try cleaning the lens mounting rings to see off this helps.  Strange how it focused brilliantly in full auto!!  Maybe it doesn't like the cold.

I did manage to get a few half decent pics and spent a couple of hours just loosing myself in the cold but beautiful surroundings.
