Still Icy

It’s my sister’s birthday today so I called her first thing. She’s away for the weekend but will be coming to our house to celebrate on Sunday.
We had a team meeting at Save the Children with our Area Manager this morning and then Mr P and I spent the afternoon cooking. I’d planned to go up to the Hydro but I ended up going for a short walk instead. I met an old friend on my walk who popped round for a cuppa. I’ll miss the very chilly but dry weather. Bracing ourselves for Storm Bert tomorrow!
Mr P and I are off to Innerleithen tonight for a meal with our Holy Joes friends (church group). I’m driving, but as it’ll be a late night, thought it best to get my blip in early.
