Plain yogurt and bramble coulis. The coulis was made by a friend from foraged brambles and has been in my freezer till today. I'm going to use it tonight as a drizzle over an apple crumble. Our friend G on on her way from Liverpool. She's only here for one night so it's a shame that her train has been delayed. 

It's also a shame that I've managed to drizzle coulis on my green jumper which is now going to need a wash. Drat. 

Went to lengthen and strengthen yoga this morning. The studio was quite chilly. A good class. 

Farewell John Prescott. One of a dwindling group of politicians who started out in a 'proper' job before moving into parliament.
