Three in One

On the spur of the moment I cancelled yoga, two consecutive strong sessions felt too much of risk for my lower back, and instead I found myself exploring Househill Park which runs close to the Silverburn Shopping Centre, (where later I watched Paddington in Peru).
I failed to find the fossil tree and instead I followed the Levern Water for a while and retraced my steps back to Silverburn. It was a gorgeous morning, the frost melting where there was sunshine and some of the trees still with green leaves made it look like summer.
