Food queue

Soggy day.  The birds were queuing up in the drizzle this morning, for a turn at the bird feeder.  I managed to grab a couple of shots before they all buggered off.

Still feeling exhausted, but did quite a lot of work today.  Probably too much in the end, but I got a bit caught up in it all.  Will try to do a bit less tomorrow.

We got a second quote for our bathroom today (from the first couple of fellas who came to look at it), and made the decision to go with them.  Excitingly, they can make a start before the end of the month (ripping stuff out to allow the floor to dry properly), and then can do the bathroom proper in mid-December.  Can't wait for it to be done!

My brother-in-law spoke as a 'witness' at a House of Lords committee today, and we were able to watch it online.  He did ever so well; so knowledgeable and calm!
