Testing, testing

New Christmas lights from John Lewis, which arrived today - thought we'd give them a test before storing them up in the loft for the next couple of weeks....

Some terribly sad news via my friend Lizzie today, that our friend Tic's Mum has passed away. So sad for her.

Still signed off sick, but did a few hours of work today. Disappointed to find that I was still just as exhausted by my meetings in the morning - but then had a long rest before doing some work in the afternoon.

Poor Tim really hurt his knee in the evening. He was only walking over to the sofa but twisted it awkwardly and felt something go. Poor love.
