New Morning

I didn't expect snow this morning, we're not in the north!

Spot the mistle thrush, still guarding her berries, nearly three weeks after her first appearance on here.

I'm currently re-reading the Bob Dylan book, Chronicles Volume One, and just finished the chapter on New Morning. An album that passed me by at the time, which reading between the lines was what he wanted, trying to get away from all the media and public attention to focus on his family, Five children and an unnamed wife! Some of the songs came from a project that he was asked to work on, songs for a Broadway play that he decided wasn't really for him, and which in the event only ran for two days. A suggested title for the album was 'Down And Out On The Scene'. Maybe how he was feeling at the time.

Camera club was good last night. Lots of interesting stuff on planning for landscapes/waterscapes (not something I will ever do I fear) and long exposures with ND filters (something I do want to do more).
