Not helpful

As anyone who has ever had a cat will know, they like to sit where you most don’t want them to:) In this case my folder where I jot things down and try to keep my life at least a bit organised.
This is my front bedroom (the bigger of the two) - used to be my son’s room - big enough to have his friends round. Now my ‘office’ and spare room. I like sitting at the table with the lovely view of the western sky, and view down the nearby street.
A while ago cat rescue places started to say it was really hard to find homes for black cats because they didn’t look as good on Instagram. I was shocked that potential cat owners would be so shallow - and perhaps the cats were better off not going to live with them. But it’s certainly true that you can’t often get a good picture - just a silhouette really
