Stone

StoneThis is a splendid Fairy Wren, they are around 14 centimeteres (5.5inches) long, this is the female i was lucky enough to spot, a very shy bird they are so quick they are gone in a flash! The Males are a very vivid blue.
The wall she is perched on is not made from stone or concrete but Coffee Rock made from indurated Sand, most National Parks use this form of Stone to build walls around picnic and recreation areas.
