Celebrating

We had some unexpected early news today that P had passed his finall assignmetn at college!  It's been a bit of a long haul has this last one, but it's finally done.  I've been planning to take us out to the Baby Grand in town when he passed, so we changed plans and dressed up and went out.  Luckily restuarants aren't too busy on dull, cold Friday nights in November (not quite the christmas party season yet).

We got the pre-theatre menu despite it being past that time and the food was very good.  All made better by having a live pianist sitting playing whilst we ate too.  The stewed spiced plums with greek yoghurt for pudding were delicious. I struggled to walk when we got home!
