Flooding and Frustration

Tonight was a nightmare getting home after the heavy thunderstorms throughout the day.

The road going through Greenock had come to a standstill due to the flooding, so this was an opportune shot beside the Garvel Drydock. The road in front of the drydock was also completely flooded, so got out the car to take a few shots of the cranes reflecting in the water.

We eventually had to make a detour around the top of Port Glasgow and Greenock to avoid the flooding. This was made even more difficult with the lack of courtesy and poor standards of driving.

We finally got home just before 10pm, so it was Fish & Chips and a beer to calm my nerves and frustrations.
