Mapping

My little student has developed a keen interest in Donald Campbell and particularly the Bluebird craft and his attempts to break the water speed records. We spent some time studying a map of the Lake District and identifying the village of Coniston and Coniston Water. Tomorrow we will embark on a seemingly impossible challenge to make our own model of Bluebird K7 using only a cardboard box, cardboard toilet roll tubes and some sticky back plastic. (For those old enough to remember John Noakes).
