Winter sun

I changed the morning to give me more time to do various work bits that need doing, photo editing, chaplaincy, prepping a talk. Felt somewhat overwhelmed so put everything down and came out on a prayer walk for a bit of stillness and peace. I loved how the light fell on this door. 
This afternoon I took Nate up to Pati Obert at school. He cycled all the way which he really enjoyed. I took work to a nearby cafe whilst he played. I didn't get as much done as hoped as a few mom's popped by and stayed for a drink. 
Home for tea and my chaplaincy zoom - and then the loveliness of hearing the kids playing with the cat who'd decided to come out from under the bed and play with them...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A good chat with my sis.
2) Prayer walking.
3) Tux getting a bit more settled.
