3 Malts & Sunflower

Today's the day ........................ for the 'makings of something magnificent'

Or so it said on the packet of flour that Will has just used to make the above.

The three wholegrains used are wheat, rye and barley which are carefully roasted to enhance their flavour and turn them a golden colour.  They're then blended with sunflower, golden linseed, brown linseed and pumpkin seeds to make a delicious well-balanced organic brown flour, the colour of speckled hens. 

He's just given me a piece to try - and it is delicious .......................!
