Sneaky

At work all day but I made the effort with a pedal out back on my return home and then a further effort with a solo trip to go see a band I like in the evening at Sneaky Pete's.

Tara Clerkin Trio were ace, support from Edinburgh acts mlha (shoegaze dreamscape pop girl/boy duo)  and The Reverse Engineer (knob twiddling electronic rhythmic stuff) were very enjoyable too. Three acts for £12 in a tiny venue, and all over by 10pm - it's the way forward!

(As an aside, sad to hear the news about Frank Auerbach today. He was 93 so it's hardly unexpected I guess but even so ..described as one of the greatest British painters of the last 75 years which I certainly wouldn't argue with.)
