Art along the Water of Leith

I've enjoyed a busy and productive day. I've exercised, made shopping lists, popped round to the supermarkets for groceries, written a couple of personal letters, gardened, administered, and looked after Mummy hazelh.

Mr hazelh's big achievement of the day has been to complete the arduous task of arranging buildings insurance for our 201 year old flat.

We took a brief break at Coalie Park when out running to blip a section of the new murals.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 45 minute run; walking (19,733 steps including run).
