Blue sky..at last!

It was nice to have sun streaming through the windows at the swimming pool this morning.

Later we went to collect an elderly friend who lives on Trowlock Island to take her out. I quickly took this photo which looks across to the island which is only accessed by the chain ferry on the left. The building behind the canoes is the Royal Canoe Club..believed to be the first canoe club although it was originally in a different location. There were several people who had already been out on the water at 10.30
We took our friend to Hampton Court Golf Club restaurant which was also bright with the sun shining in Lots of golfers out on the course too.
