Canal du Midi - Day 4

After breakfast, a walk around the town and a visit to the Noilly Prat factory, which was very impressive.  Not a fan of vermouth, but an interesting tasting.

Outside were the barrels for maturing.

Then the cruise began, with some lovely sights - including these pink flamingos
