Lone swim

Walked the doggies first thing before heading to work.

Good and decent to observe the 2 minutes silence at our desks. We could all hear a few voices loudly chatting away in an office nearby though. I think they had forgotten. But it’s good not to forget.

And before heading home again after, I did a quick sideways visit to Lee Valley for a little swim. I was the only swimmer again. It’s that time of year though when it’s so much better to swim with someone else, as I wasn’t sure when to get out. I felt fine in the water but it’s only afterwards that you discover if you were in too long. I wasn’t. :-)))
