Swimming bud

We set off early for the Ladies Pond on Hampstead Heath. Water is now 10 degrees something. We weren’t in long but it’s lovely to be there. No tow floats needed which feels free.

Elbows and I went to a Thanksgiving Service this afternoon, for a man our age we knew quite well, who suffered very much in the last few years with Bipolar. The service was wonderfully done and the people who spoke did so so well.

We then had to rush off, which was frustrating timing-wise, to collect NoaNoa and his GF, to take to see the house we’ve offered on. It would have been nice to hang around and chat to people.

But the house is still lovely. The couple selling it were super friendly and helpful. I took more photos of the spaces … We’re certainly going to have to do life differently in such a smaller home. I’ve been mulling over where the hoover, the ironing board and a laundry basket might live !! ;-)

And gorgeous to have LongLegs and IrishLass pop over in the evening. They had been visiting DougsJB and PuddleDuck and the DiddyOne.
