Crafting

Missing a couple from the pic, but it was a quiet session with the little kids during the service! I'm glad I got a peaceful session and not a crazy busy one! They loved the craft we did after reading the creation story - making animals stuck onto pegs so the mouth moved. By all accounts Danny did a good job speaking.
An afternoon of getting Tux out from under the bed so we could clean there... Then getting him out from the next hiding place to go back under the bed! He's happy exploring at nighttime, just not in the day time!.
I met a friend later, he's lending me his camera as a back up for the school portraits this week.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A good morning at church. Including a really lovely coffee with the mom of Asha's friend who's just started coming to church. She was joking about being a 'church mom' rather than a 'football mom'. Her life now is taking her daughter to various church things she wants to go to, then collecting her again!
2) A readathon this evening - suggested by Nate. Good to all sit round with our books.
