10K

My elder son and his partner were running a 10K race today in Bellahouston Park. For them this is a really local run but there were runners from all over the country there. My son's time was 45:30 minutes and his partner's 59 minutes. We were able to cheer them both on while looking after our grandson. He wanted his mum and dad to be the champions, which of course they are. 

The weather was lovely after a damp start so hanging about the park was fine. We had a late lunch with them and then came home.
