Smash Hits

Finally made it to the Grayson Perry Smash Hits exhibition at the National Gallery. Astonishing range of work all beautifully curated. Far too much to take in. You'd need about 20 visits. We bumped into friends from Stirling and all reeled out after a long session of absorbing the creativity.

The detail on each piece is marvellous so I've chosen a detail as my blip. Featuring Alan Measles of course. The full object is in the extra - Claire's famous dress. What a very active and creative mind Perry must have.

In need of air we wandered through the Gardens to the vegan cafe at the West End. Surprisingly tasty food. Will walk back to Waverley in the gorgeous autumn weather.
