How Do you Like Your Eggs in th emorning....

I like mine preferably not coming out the other end as fast as they went in. 

Sadly yesterday went rapidly downhill 

I popped to M&S at Lunchtime and got myself some prawns to put in a sandwich.   I did think at the time,   Hmmm Interesting taste, but I thought it was just a "slightly less sweeter" than I was expecting taste. 

I ate a slice of toast with some on it, and then perhaps i'd go back and get more. 

At 3 i was feeling a bit off, and threw the rest in the bin. 

As I drove home at five, the pains started to grip me. 

At 1730, I was firmly esconced on the throne. 

this continued through the night. 

I thought eggs, would be a good binding agent. 

Sadly not.
