Mystic plughole

Henry must have been staring at it for about a quarter of an hour before getting bored. It was as if he expected something to jump out. I had just showered so the cubicle was wet but getting a soggy bottom didn’t seem to bother him. 

My only achievement today was making a truly excellent lasagna. I was tired and down and watched the Batman movie with Robert Pattinson in the afternoon. Very good but I hate being so tired I can’t function. Did go for a beer en famille briefly but the rest of the evening was like emotional and intellectual Novocain. I might have been better off staring at the plug hole …
