Commanding

A typical stop when we have visitors in the landscape is Matogoro Forest Reserve, with its commanding views over the surrounding lowlands. In the late dry season the atmosphere is smoky and visibility poorer, but it still provides a refreshing opportunity to get out of the car and stretch the legs up a hill. Another successful day of hosting our visitor and showcasing the breadth of work we do in this region, complete with some inspiring discussions with a local partner organisation that does sterling work in its particular niche.
