Exotic in St Anthony Gardens

With a bit of Googling I discovered that this is Fascicularia Bicolor, a native of Chile. Of course it was the red and green leaves that caught my attention, then I was delighted to see the blue flowers with yellow pollen. The plants are covering a whole wall in St Anthony Gardens. They must be salt-tolerant this close to the sea front with the continual sea spray.
