Crazy World . . .

There are certain pointers that confirm that the world is going nuts. International hysteria over a royal baby is one of them. Then we get stores that run huge Christmas displays in the middle of a July heat wave. Wow, I suppose we'll be starting in March next year . . . . the shopkeeper seems to have forgotten that Xmas is supposed to be the season of joy and goodwill and all that, judging by the handwritten warning at the foot of the display - Please be careful, blah, blah - YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT . . .
