Fireworks

It has been much brighter today and dry meaning that people who celebrate the 5th November by letting off fireworks are in full fling. Leela is thankfully curled up on the settee ignoring all of the noise but I do feel sorry for all of the wild animals outside having to deal with it.
I have missed a few movies recently that I would have liked to see and managed to catch one today. My daughter and I went to see ‘Joker: Folie a deux’. It did not do well at the box office but we thought it was very good, well acted and sung by Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga. I don’t know what the only other person in the cinema thought, he left as soon as the credits started.
