Free at Last!

Such a big day for me  - my date with the orthopaedic surgeon - and I did not take a single photo all day! Geez...What was I thinking?

I thought I had solved that problem when I realized that my daughter had taken a photo of one of the x-rays..the most important x-ray of the lot..the one that pleased the surgeon enough to let me take off that darned plastic clamshell splint off my left arm!  

Now I see that photos of x-rays do not turn out all that well? But it was such an important day for me that I just had to post about it and without a photo I wouldn't be able to...

So..on with the Physio! Physio on both arms now and with permission to start working on strength, not just Range of Motion.
