Common!

On the left is a Common Red Shank and on the right is a Common Green Shank. I got these just before having my hair cut, it was very out of control, but after a shampoo and cut, no faffing with blow dry, I feel better. Then I sorted and froze most of the Beef Casserole from yesterday. The nice thing is, leaving it over night - the flavours mingle and the fat goes to the top so I scooped it off. We are having a portion each for tea ;0) The casserole not the fat ;0)
