Bavette Steak

We’ve got the Electrician here today so I had to cook at lunch time, but no time to make this Bavette Steak casserole. So I will finish it, then let it go cold. Then I will portion it up into 3 x two portion meals. It’s got, carrots and parsnips, lots of mushrooms and a gorgeous gravy. We tend to have this as a treat - and it’s cheaper than eating out.
