second night of good sleep….feeling good….
the quiet grey weather si set to continue into next wek…..better this that rain and storm…. i think….

on my way out for a walk i saw Ableworld had a stall in the lounge and brought a lot of mobility stuff… very interesting, i bought a gadget to get tablets from their strips…. 

outside my eyes were drawn to these bright red holly (???) leaves….i cut them out but the original is in extra.

a friend came round at the end of the morning which was nice……off for another little walk and then  disappearing to the sofa with my kindle.
