this walkway is what i look out on from my lounge …..and is part of my walk around at the moment….it ends up ina cul de sac with  very old unused garages….

woke with my normally sore shoulder being very sore indeed ….both flarin and paracetamol had no effect… so time for heat pads….

a few more days of grey sunless weather before we’re promised a bit more light…..it’s true November weather….
