Teaching Granny

After delivering Euan to school this morning (he was in the door like a shot!), Tony and I walked down into Oxford to enjoy a second breakfast at Gail's before trying unsuccessfully to source more track for Euan's Tram Set.  It will have to be an online order methinks.  We also spent far too much money in Waterstones and Blackwells including a couple of books to help Euan understand his keyboard which has had a resurgence in interest.  He loves music of all sorts, learns words off by heart and enjoys dancing, hence my blip of him teaching me the Skeleton Song Dance.  His Headteacher is always to be found at the school gates of a morning with her boom box playing  (and her dancing!) and this morning, on the way in on his bike, he paused to tell her he liked the song that was playing.

Back in Oxford we treated ourselves to lunch at St Mary's Vaults in Radcliffe Square, always reliably good, wholesome food.  Then it was time to go for the bus and pick up some shopping in Headington before relaxing for an hour prior to collecting Euan from after school club.
